Arrange the trade with the other person. We do not handle the money between you.
Conversations
Contact the poster
Open the post and use its message action. Sign in if asked. Check which post and person the conversation concerns before sending a message or offer.
Check delivery
A pending or uncertain send is not confirmed delivery. Use the recovery action shown for that attempt. Do not create a second message or offer to guess whether the first arrived.
Keep unsent work
Read any warning before switching conversations or leaving. Stay keeps you in the conversation; Discard gives up the unsent work named in the warning. An unresolved send may prevent discarding. Closing the page does not cancel a send.
Trade safely
Never send money in advance
Do not send deposits, holding fees, courier fees or gift cards to someone you have not met. See the item before paying. We do not provide checkout, escrow or buyer protection for a trade between people.
Meet and inspect
Choose a public place in daylight and take someone with you for a valuable item. Check that the item works and matches the description before agreeing to the trade.
Report or block
Use report or block controls available on the post or conversation. Share only information needed to explain the concern. Blocking is not a refund, cancellation of a trade or promise that earlier content has been erased.
