Payments and credits

A platform charge pays for the action shown, never the other person’s item.

Before confirming

Check action, amount and currency

Publishing, boosting and renewing are separate actions. Read the total and duration displayed. If credits are offered, check how many will be used before confirming.

Credit packs

When packs are available, compare credits and displayed total. Availability and payment methods can differ by country and platform. Buying a pack is separate from spending a credit; do not assume either action completed the other.

After an attempt

Check the original outcome

A charge attempt is not proof that the post or boost completed. Use the original status or recovery control rather than starting another purchase. Do not assume a refund or zero charge because a screen closed.

Review your record

Open Payments and match the action and reference. On the website, an unavailable balance is not shown as zero; use the recovery action shown. A confirmed zero means the balance was checked. Keep the original reference for support. Never send a full card number, password or sign-in code. Website and app history refuse records whose refund status and amount contradict one another; recovery does not change the original record. On the website, a changed sign-in hides the loaded payment details. Use Reload page to check the current account; reloading does not retry a purchase. In the app, leaving Payments or putting the app in the background clears the loaded history. A confirmed sign-in or access refusal also clears it. Retry reads payment records; it does not retry a purchase. If a later page cannot be checked because the service is unavailable, the earlier checked page can remain visible with a recovery notice.

Refund questions

Use the available help option for the payment and explain what happened. A support request is not an approved refund. Read Pricing and Terms for existing refund rules; do not repeat a charge to test them.
